Team Collaboration

Learn how to invite team members, manage permissions, and collaborate on agency scripts

RadishKit enables powerful team collaboration features that allow multiple developers to work together on agency scripts, share environments, and maintain consistent development practices.

Inviting Team Members

Step 1: Navigate to Members

  1. Go to your agency workspace
  2. Click Members in the sidebar
  3. Click Invite Member

Step 2: Enter Invitation Details

Fill in the invitation form:

  • Email: Team member's email address
  • Role: Select their role (Owner, Contributor, or Member)
  • Message: Optional personal message

Step 3: Send Invitation

  1. Review the invitation details
  2. Click Send Invitation
  3. The team member will receive an email invitation

Accepting Invitations

For New Users

If the invited person doesn't have a RadishKit account:

  1. Click the invitation link in the email
  2. Create an account using the same email address
  3. Complete the signup process
  4. Accept the invitation automatically
  5. Access the agency workspace

For Existing Users

If the invited person already has a RadishKit account:

  1. Click the invitation link in the email
  2. Sign in to their existing account
  3. Accept the invitation
  4. Access the agency workspace

Managing Team Members

Viewing Team Members

From the Members page, you can see:

  • All team members and their roles
  • Invitation status (pending, accepted, expired)
  • Last activity for each member
  • Permission levels for each role

Changing Roles

To change a team member's role:

  1. Find the member in the Members list
  2. Click the role dropdown next to their name
  3. Select the new role
  4. Confirm the change

Note: You can only assign roles that are equal to or lower than your own role.

Removing Team Members

To remove a team member:

  1. Find the member in the Members list
  2. Click the "..." menu next to their name
  3. Select "Remove from Agency"
  4. Confirm the removal

Warning: Removing a member will revoke their access to the agency and all associated data.
